Set the lamp in a height of 20 cm above the solar cell and subsequently make no change to it. Gradually reducing the resistance, increase current step from step with 2-3 mA. Note instrument readings after each step. Process measurement data in a tabulated form. Draw up the voltage-current characteristic curve of the cell.
